In our study "The Green Revolution," we have sought to provide clarity and rigor to understand an unstoppable underlying trend: a growing number of consumers are placing the plant kingdom at the center of their diet, choosing to completely avoid animal-based foods or to reduce their consumption as much as possible. In the study we provide data from our qualitative and quantitative research on this phenomenon, insights from interviews with experts, key data and other interesting facts that allow an unbiased understanding of a movement that represents a business opportunity for food brands.
